Brands

Loyal to Brands… Not so Much

The many years that I have been doing this have afforded me opportunities to work with every major brand in the industry. I have always sought out the company with the superior product for each specific type of shade or blind. I have also performed repair and service for years and I know many of these items inside and out. I do my utmost to know where the strong suits lie among the brands because it is not always with the biggest or the best known.

Loyal to Quality!

Any manufacturer that I work with must consistently meet the high standards that I expect and must be dedicated to eagerly resolving anything that does not. I am fortunate to have long-running and strong relationships with such reliably excellent sources. A particular favorite and a valued partner of mine for the past decade and a half or so, has been Lafayette Interior Fashions, located in Indiana. They are family owned and much like my own background, their company history spans multiple generations. They are unlike any other manufacturer that I have dealt with over the years and I am certain many of their people would tell you that I am unlike any other dealer that they work with as well. For years when I’ve picked up the phone, I generally know the party I’m talking to; it is most often the case that we have spoken many times before and my particular obsession with detail is well known. I was fortunate to have an opportunity recently to travel to Indiana to tour the facility and meet a lot of the talented people who make the products, many who have been with Lafayette for decades. It was a priveledge to watch as they each did what they do so well and I witnessed first hand the the extreme dedication to quality control at all levels of the company. It is what has made me a fan for so many years. Still, I remain very independent and very vigilant. As I continually vet the products that I offer, I am always loyal to precision, quality, and value over brand. Clients trust me to steer them right and I do not take that lightly.
